Tour Notes

Great natural light on the 3rd floor, especially the south-facing windows. Existing furniture from Splunk is in solid condition and included in the sublease. Loading dock access is a plus. Parking garage entrance is tight but workable. Lobby recently renovated. Walking distance to Caltrain. Conference rooms need minor updating but layout works well for our team size.
